About Us

On 1st September 2020, Albemarle Primary School became a full two form entry primary school, with a nursery and welcomed 60 children to Year 6 for the first time. The school has capacity for 472 children, which includes a 26 Full Time Equivalent place nursery.

Since 2014, Albemarle has undergone a major transformation. Located on the borders of Southfields and Wimbledon in South West London, Albemarle is situated on two sites which are separated by Princes Way.

The Lower School site was officially opened in September 2015 and is home to our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Nursery and Reception, and Key Stage One (Year 1 & 2) children. The Upper School site accommodates Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6).

Albemarle is fortunate to have two halls, which are used for PE, Assemblies and Lunch times, and 17 classrooms which provide us with a fantastic amount of space to make our children's learning as memorable as possible.
