Welcome from the Headteacher

I am delighted to welcome you to Albemarle, a thriving primary school situated in the heart of Southfields.

This is a happy, supportive and inclusive school that has a strong sense of community. Our children are at the heart of everything that we do and we have the highest aspirations for each and every one of them. We want our children to ‘dream big’ and never set limits on what they can achieve. Kindness and respect for others are fundamental to an education at Albemarle. Happiness is also a fundamental principle that drives us to ensure that our children feel valued and love coming to school. Our broad and enriched curriculum is designed to inspire a love for learning in all of our children.

Our aim is not simply to prepare children for secondary school but for life beyond that. Our values are weaved throughout all aspects of school life and are designed to help our children grow into adults who believe in themselves and care about others.
