Admissions Consultation
Dear Parents and Carers,
There is a requirement for the admission authorities at all schools to consult on their
Admission Arrangements at least every seven years regardless of whether there are
any changes.
As Albemarle is a foundation school the governing board are responsible for
undertaking the consultation. Following discussions between the governing board
and the school no substantive changes will be made to the Admission Arrangements
for those joining the school in September 2027.

Starting primary school is a big event in a child’s life. Below we have included all the information you will need to consider when selecting the right school for you and your child.
Reception to Year 6 Admissions
As a Foundation School Albemarle has its own admissions authority. However, admissions to Albemarle are still processed by Wandsworth Council’s Pupil Services Section for Reception and Years 1 - 6.

Interested in joining Albemarle?
We warmly invite you to come and see the school in person, by joining one of our fortnightly school tours. These are hosted by a member of the school Senior Leadership Team, who can answer any questions you may have, and take place every alternate Friday.
